Warranty, Returns & Refunds

At Fitness Equipment Store, we want you to shop with confidence. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to making returns, refunds, and exchanges as simple as possible.

Warranty

Most of our products come with a 12-month warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Some items may have an extended warranty — if so, this will be specified in the product listing.

Please note: Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or damage occurring during delivery.

How to make a warranty claim

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team via our support form or email.
  2. Provide the following details:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Photos and/or videos clearly showing the fault
    • If applicable, a copy of the manual indicating any missing parts
  3. Our team will review your claim and advise on the next steps, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

⚠️ Please do not open a Stripe or payment dispute before contacting us — this can delay resolution.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products (change of mind).

  • Change of Mind Returns
    • Accepted within 14 days of receiving your item.
    • The product must be new, unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Defective Returns
    • Covered under our warranty policy.
    • We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
  • Exchanges
    • You may exchange your product within the 14-day return window, provided the item is new and unused.

Return Method & Fees

  • Method: Returns are made by mail.
  • Return Label: A pre-paid return label is included in the package, free of charge.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
