Warranty on Products
We generally offer a 12-month warranty on all fitness equipment, unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Please refer to the specific product page for any extended warranty information.
Reporting Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 10 working days of delivery. Include a detailed description of the issue along with photos or a short video showing the damage or fault. Once our team reviews and approves your claim, we will guide you through the return, refund, or replacement process.
Please do not return any product without our approval, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Making a Warranty Claim
To make a claim, you must provide:
Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or tax invoice.
A description of the issue and the outcome you are requesting (refund, replacement, repair, or credit).
Once approved, we will process your request promptly. Refunds typically take up to 2 business days to process, though please allow an additional 5 business days for your bank to reflect the refund.
Returns Policy
We accept returns for faulty products. However, returns due to a change of mind or incorrect fit are not eligible for refunds. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
If an item is returned:
In original packaging: A restocking fee of 20% will apply, along with any shipping fees for the return.
Without original packaging: The return will not be accepted.
Postage for Faulty Items
If the product is confirmed as faulty, we will cover the return postage. However, if the product is found to be in working condition, the return claim will be denied, and the customer will need to cover the cost of shipping to have the item returned.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order by contacting us via email. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and the standard returns process will apply.
Replacement or Store Credit
If a product is out of stock and cannot be replaced, we may offer you a store credit to purchase an alternative product of your choice.
Important Considerations
We do not accept returns or refunds for items that have been misused, mishandled, or improperly assembled.
Customers are responsible for following the manufacturer’s instructions to avoid damage.
Items returned due to incorrect delivery addresses or unclaimed packages will be treated as change-of-mind returns, and restocking fees will apply.
