- NSW, SA, ACT, QLD: Approximately 5 – 10 working days
- WA, NT and TAS: Approximately 7 – 14 working days

- Delivery times begin only after payment has cleared, and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually within 2-3 working days of cleared payment).

- Fitness Equipment Store and our delivery partners cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times, as they are outside of our control.
- Unexpected Delays
- Please note that COVID-19 restrictions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events may impact delivery schedules. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
Upstairs Delivery
Please note that standard delivery does not include carrying items upstairs. Most couriers will deliver to the ground floor only. If your delivery address requires the item to be carried upstairs and there is no elevator, additional charges may apply. If you require this service, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and any extra costs.
